We are here to help. Here are some frequently asked questions.

Flowers are delivered by hand throughout London. Please place your order by 12 noon to guarantee same day delivery in London. We will of course do our best to accommodate all orders! If a recipient is not at home we will leave a ‘while you were out card’ so they can rearrange delivery or collect the order from the shop. We cannot specify delivery time, but will make deliveries to businesses within working hours (by 6pm). We do not make deliveries on Sundays except for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. If you do not see your postcode please call us for a personal quote.

Delivery for Candles

For Candles we post anywhere that Royal Mail will go! Postage and Packing is £10.50. We currently only offer domestic postage. If you would like to post something internationally then do let us know, we might add this in the future or make an exception for you.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns.

You can pay via debit or credit card through the website, or you can call us at the shop to make a payment over the phone.

We keep all secrets always!! Your details are safe with us, we will never share them with a third party.

What Else Should you Consider?

Please note our bouquets all have a very heavy flower content and we will never fill out a bouquet with foliage. If a flower pictured is unavailable for any reason, we will substitute this for a flower of the same or higher monetary value and in a similar style and colour. If you have specific requirements for your bouquet, please call us to let us know.
