For Candles we post anywhere that Royal Mail will go! Postage and Packing is £10.50. We currently only offer domestic postage. If you would like to post something internationally then do let us know, we might add this in the future or make an exception for you.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver throughout the UK.
Please note we are currently unable to deliver to some postcode destinations (please see list above)
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
We will despatch the products to you as soon as reasonably possible by courier and we expect delivery on your chosen delivery date. We deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays between 8am and 8pm, except bank holidays. We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays unless otherwise stated.
We cannot guarantee that delivery instructions will be followed and regret that time delivery slots are not currently available. Our delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER IS COMPLETE?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming this. Order Confirmation page will appear saying ‘Thank you for your order’ , here you’ll see your order number and you can check all of the details are correct.
You’ll also receive an email confirmation which also confirms your order number and all the details relating to your order. If ever, you need to contact us, having this order number at the ready will be handy for our friendly customer care advisors.
CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONAL MESSAGE?
Yes of course, please add your desired message in the ‘Order Notes’ section on the delivery page.
HOW CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
If you would like to change the details of an order you have recently made please contact our Customer Care team here Contact Us
Please notify us of any change to your order including changes to the delivery address or recipient message before midday at least 3 working days before the intended delivery date; during busy peak periods (such as Valentines, Mother’s Day or Christmas) please provide at least 7 working days’ notice of any changes. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible, we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may want to end the contract. Please see our Terms and Conditions.
